:: RENTAL CONDITIONS AND TERMS

» Driving Licence
Renter(s) must held a valid driving licence for a minimum of 2 years for all the cars, the international valid driving licence is accepted.

» The Additional Driver
The rented car must not be driven by any person other than the renter. Otherwise all insurances become nil and void. Additional drivers are subject to lessor' authorization upon commencement of the rental and subject to a daily charge of 4 EURO only per additional driver.

» Renter's Age
The minimum age is 21 years for groups B and C, 25 years for A.

» Rental Period
Rental length is minimum 1 day.

» Rental Extension
For the extension of rental period, up to 3 hours, 1/5 of the rental price for every hour and a full day price of the renter exceeds more than 3 hours will be charged. The extension of rental must be approved by Atakay.

» Methods of Payment
Payment can be made by credit cards which are accepted by Atakay. The estimated cost of rental should be paid at time of delivery of the car. Minimum 1000 EURO is required as a deposit and the final adjustments will be made on the completion of rental.
All the maintenance cost belong to Atakay

» Insurance
All insurances are nil and void in case of an accident if no police and medical report is obtained immediately and without moving the car from the site of the accident, if the vehicle(s) is driven under the influence of alcohol, drugs and above speed limit.
Windscreen, headlight, tyre damages due misuse of the car are not covered by insurance.
:: OTHER ATAKAY SERVICES
To utilize from the services mentioned below, an extra payment will be charged.

» Luggage Rack
Upon request before 24 hours, cars can be equipped with luggage rack at a daily charge of 7 EURO. Personel belongings of renter(s) stored inside luggage rack are not covered by theft protection.

» Baby Seat
The baby seat will be provided at a daily rate of 5 EURO.

» Chauffeur Drive
According to this service within working hours (09:00-18:00) an extra 20 EURO for a driver, 50 EURO for the foreign language speaking driver will be charged. For the trips outside of city (ies) the accommodation expenses of the driver will be added.

» One-Way Rentals
If the car is returned to a Atakay location other than the rental city, 100 EURO will be charged in addition.

» Delivery/Collection
For delivery and collection to non-Atakay locations, 0.30 EURO per km. and minimum 20 EURO will be charged.

» Across The Border
The cars must not be driven across Turkish border.

» Traffic Fines
Tickets and subsequent administrative sancteons resulting fron traffic violations occuret during the rental period are at renters' exspense.

» Taxes
All rates are subject to VAT.

For the mentioned amounts of the compensation, T.C.M. Bank exchange rates will be effective on the payment date.

To utilize the insurance services, the insurance section of the Atakay Car Rental Agreement should be signed before the rental period starts.

All the insurances mentioned above would be valid if the vehicle is not driven under the influence of alcohol or similar drugs, above speed limits dezignated in the laws of 2918 clause.If, even one of the conditions is disobeyed, all insurances will be nil and void.
Atakay vehicles must not be used by the additional drivers without the Lessors' authorisation, must not be taken advantage of the vehicles in the event of subcontracting to other companies and must not be driven in the roads that are closed to usage.

Also displacing vehicle from the scene of reports issued by the police duty and/or traffic experts  and giving incorrect and misleading information will result insurance cancellation.
